A 12-light Italian silvered iron neoclassical chandelier with repousse-work dish issuing candle arms with palmette-form bobeches painted in verdigris. The dish with leaf-tip edge having rocaille-form frame with center palm inspired plume in verdigris. Circa 1920.

Provenance–an Upper East Side townhouse designed by the renowned New York design firm Parish Hadley. Photographed in a room with trelliswork walls circa 1990 (see last photo). This chandelier was subsequently used at another residence in the Caribbean in which time the blue details were repainted in verdigris.
